Concept D Garden Design Consultation provides expert guidance on designing and planning modern, low-maintenance outdoor spaces. We assess your site, discuss your vision, and recommend practical, high-performance solutions ensuring your project is structured correctly from the outset.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Garden consultations must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. A confirmation email will be issued once the appointment is secured. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified automatically if an earlier appointment becomes available.
